Your data

Privacy policy

Last changed: 2026-10-13

This site does exactly two things with data: it takes a signup for the first test group and — only after you consent — it counts visits. The BizBees product is not running yet, so there is no account here, no connected mailbox and no data from your mail. When that changes, this document changes with it, and the scope of access to a mailbox will be spelled out before you connect one, not buried in terms.

Who is responsible for your data

The controller is BizBees Studio spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, ul. Rajska 14/B, 32-086 Dziekanowice, Poland (KRS 0000868311, NIP 5130268413, REGON 387491966).

For anything concerning your data, write to contact@bizbees.ai. We have not appointed a data protection officer — at this scale there is no obligation to, and the correspondence is read by someone who can decide anyway.

The test-group signup

The form at the bottom of the page asks for an email address and, optionally, one sentence about what you do. We do not collect a name, a company name or a phone number, and there is no field here that you cannot see.

DataWhyLegal basisHow long
Email addressTo reply about the first test group and to work out whether you are in itArt. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request before entering into a contractUp to 12 months from the last contact, or until you ask us to delete it
One sentence about what you do (if you give it)Choosing the participants of the first groupArt. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in choosing a test groupAs above

A signup arrives in our mailbox as an ordinary message. We do not build a mailing list from it, we do not send a newsletter, and we do not pass the address on for marketing.

Visit statistics and session recording

We collect statistics through PostHog, on servers in the European Union (eu.i.posthog.com), and only after you click "Accept" in the bar. Until you do, the PostHog script is not loaded at all: no request, no cookie, no identifier. "Only essential" keeps it that way.

After consent, PostHog records page views and page leaves, click events, and session recordings — a replay of the movement on the page and what happened on it. Password fields and email fields are masked in those recordings, so what you type into the signup form does not reach the recording.

The basis is your consent: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive as implemented in Poland. You can withdraw it at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of what was collected before.

Consent lasts a year. After that the bar asks again, rather than assuming a decision made two years ago still describes what you want.

Who processes data for us

ProcessorWhyWhere it processes
Vercel Inc.Hosting this siteEuropean Union and United States; standard contractual clauses
PostHogVisit statistics and session recordings, only after consentEuropean Union (EU instance)

We do not sell data and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. We do not profile you and we do not make decisions about you by automated means alone.

What we store in your browser

NameKindWhyHow long
bizbees-themelocalStorageRemembering the theme you chose, light or darkUntil you clear browser data
bizbees-consentlocalStorageRemembering your decision about statistics, so we do not ask on every visit12 months
ph_* / __ph_*cookie and localStorageVisitor and session identifiers in PostHogAs configured in PostHog; removed when you choose "Only essential"

The first two are necessary for the site to behave the way you chose and do not require consent — without them the site would ask about consent over and over and lose the theme you picked.

Your rights

  • Access to your data and a copy of it.
  • Correction of data that is wrong.
  • Erasure — in practice one sentence to our address is enough.
  • Restriction of processing, and objection to processing based on our legitimate interest.
  • Portability of your data to another controller.
  • Withdrawal of consent to statistics at any time, without giving a reason.
  • A complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland, or to the supervisory authority in your own country.

To use any of these, write to contact@bizbees.ai. We answer within a month, and usually the same day.
