An AI assistant for a small company

Your day is planned before you are.

And two answers: approve, or let us talk.

Seven bees read your mail, check your calendar, pull your invoices and build the day out of them. They draft the replies and show you what they based them on. Then they stop: they send nothing without your signature.

How it works

The bees work at night. You decide in the morning.

You are not handed an inbox to work through. You are handed four numbers that say what happened without you, and a list of matters, each with a proposal already on it: what the bee wants to do, in what steps, and what it based that on.

  1. 01

    Read it and sort it

MailBee reads everything that arrived and splits it three ways: needs you, reply ready, done without asking. You only look at the first pile.

  2. 02

Build a plan, not an action

A matter is rarely one click. The bee shows it whole: what it will send, what it will put in the calendar, what it will remind you about.

  3. 03

    Stop before the decision

A price, a promise, a payment that looks wrong: it sets those aside and says plainly they are not its call. The questions it cannot answer, it writes down.

Seven bees

Each one watches a single thing and signs what it did.

There is no single "assistant" that knows everything and never says how. Every action in your day has a name on it: which bee did it, why, and at what time.

MailBeemail
Reads everything that arrived and splits it three ways: needs you, reply ready, done without asking. You only look at the first pile.
ScheduleBeecalendar
Watches for clashes, proposes times and builds the week so that new things do not move what is already agreed.
TaskBeetasks
Turns what you agreed into tasks with a date and reminds you before it is too late. It does not assume you remember.
FinanceBeeinvoices
Pulls cost documents and watches payment dates. Issuing an invoice always ends with your approval.
ProfileBeepeople
Knows who is who in your matters and fills in contacts from message signatures. It never guesses an address.
DocsBeedocuments
Reads attachments and long material, pulls out what concerns your matter, and says where it got it.
ChatBeeconversation
Runs the conversation and the list of matters. This is how you say what you want — no forms, no menus to learn.

You talk to them in one sentence. There are no forms — when a bee does not know something it asks instead of guessing. And every one of them leaves a line in the Journal.

Trust

Only what you allow runs without your signature.

Messages and invoices wait until you sign them.

Rules you turn on act on their own, for example moving your blocks in the calendar. Every change they make has a line in the Journal: who made it, why, and how to undo it.

  • Sending a message and issuing an invoice both go through your approval. Only the rules you turn on change the calendar by themselves.
  • ProfileBee never guesses an address — it either knows it or asks.
  • Every line of evidence says where it came from: which message, which day of the calendar.

An example

"I want to take up triathlon. Fit it into my week."

One sentence, no form. ProfileBee checks what it knows about your fitness and about the time you actually have. ChatBee asks about the three things it does not know. DocsBee reads the training methods and names the rules it used. ScheduleBee lays the sessions out without moving a single meeting, and leaves Sunday and Friday after 15:00 free.

And then it stops. Nothing is in the calendar yet — it is waiting for your one click, or for you to say: let us talk.

Screens

And this is how you use it.

Five steps of one morning: you ask in the conversation, you go into the mail, you check the week in the calendar, you look at the invoices, and one decision is left. The walk runs by itself and starts over for as long as you have it on screen — clicking a step stops it and hands the reading to you. The screens are drawn in the browser rather than pasted in as screenshots, so you can see what a screenshot cannot show: how a bee writes, and at which moment it hands the decision back. These screens are the interface design we are now rebuilding the app to.

01ConversationYou ask ChatBee about your day

The same screen in both themes.

Light and dark are equals here, so there is no night version bolted onto a day one. There is one screen and an edge you drag across it to see both. This is a design of the interface; the account you could photograph does not exist yet.

Honestly

What this is, and what it certainly is not.

It is

  • An assistant that prepares the whole matter and shows what it based it on.
  • The Journal, where you can see what was done without you and how to undo it.
  • A conversation instead of twenty form fields.

It is not

  • A machine that sends on your behalf and tells you afterwards.
  • A promise of a specific number of hours saved. We have not measured it, so we do not quote it.
  • A replacement for your accountant or your adviser. The bee prepares; the decision and the responsibility are yours.

Questions

What people ask before they connect a mailbox.

Something missing here? Write to contact@bizbees.ai.

Will BizBees send something on my behalf without my knowledge?

No. Messages and invoices go out only after your signature. You can see what your rules do in the Journal, each change with an “Undo” button.

What exactly do the bees do without asking?

Things that are reversible and internal: labelling and sorting mail, pulling cost documents, filling in contacts. Every such action gets its own line in the Journal with a reason, a time and an “Undo” button. Irreversible actions never reach that list by design, because they need consent beforehand. For an invitation, ScheduleBee checks for clashes and suggests a reply. You answer.

Does it read all of my mail?

Yes — that is the point of it. Which is why the scope of access, how it is stored and how to disconnect the mailbox at any moment are spelled out before you connect it, not buried in terms. Full message contents are used only where you allow it.

How is this different from an assistant inside my mailbox?

An assistant in your mailbox helps you write. BizBees prepares the whole matter: it reads the thread, checks the calendar, looks at that client’s invoices, proposes a plan made of steps and says what it based it on. Then it stops.

What does it cost?

We are not announcing pricing yet. The first test group is paid and small — we want to know each of these people rather than collect as many signups as possible. When the pricing exists you will get it by email before the start.

Can I see how it works before I connect my own mailbox?

Yes. People who sign up get a walk through the product on our data before they connect anything. The screens on this page are a design of the interface, not screenshots of a running account.

The first group

20 people we will sit down with, one at a time.

The pilot is paid and small, because we want to know each of these companies rather than collect the longest possible list. We connect your mail and calendar together with you, and at the end we publish what came of it — including when the answer is "nothing".
