AI automation

AI automation for small businesses, inside the tools you already use.

Quotes, order entry, incoming requests, reports: if a process is done by hand every day, we build the automation for it. Rules where rules exist, an AI agent where judgment is involved, and a person involved in the decisions.

30 minutes on Google Meet, no obligation. You pick the time, and after the call you know what a quote needs.

  • The founders work on the code
  • Fixed price or time and materials
  • The code and repository are yours

What we usually automate first

  • Data between systems

Shop to accounting, CRM to invoicing, forms to a spreadsheet, with an exceptions inbox for whatever didn't match.

  • Incoming requests

Email and forms sorted, drafted and routed.

  • Documents and reports

Quotes, contracts and month-end reports assembled from the data you already have.

  • AI agents with limits

A model reads, sorts and drafts. It stops and asks when it isn't sure.

An AI agent or a plain automation?

We ask one question first: can you write the rule on one page? If you can, you need a plain automation. It is cheaper and faster. If the honest answer is “it depends”, that is where a language model earns its place: it reads, sorts and drafts, and a person decides.

Most companies need both at once, and the order matters: rules first.

The exceptions inbox

Every automation reports what it could not do, in one place and with a reason.

How the work goes

  • A free call: which process, how often, who touches it, where the data lives.
  • A written estimate within days. Small automations are usually fixed price.
  • The build with a weekly demo, go-live with the exceptions inbox in place, handover and optional maintenance.

Questions we hear before a first call

Which tools do you use?
Whatever fits: Make, Zapier or n8n where they are enough, and custom code where they are not. You own the result either way.
Will it work with our email, CRM or shop?
Usually yes. It is the first thing we check on the call.
What does it cost to run?
The running cost depends mostly on the number of model calls. We give you an estimate before we start.

Tell us about your process.

Thirty minutes is enough for us to say whether this is a software problem at all, and where to start.
