Integrations that move data between your systems, and tell you when they can't.
“Just connect the shop to the warehouse” is usually four jobs: read the data, map the fields that don't match, handle the ones that fail, and keep it running when either system changes. We do all four, and we ask about them before we quote.
30 minutes on Google Meet, no obligation. You pick the time, and after the call you know what a quote needs.
- The founders work on the code
- Fixed price or time and materials
- The code and repository are yours
What we connect most often
Shops and marketplaces
Orders, stock levels and returns in one flow.
Accounting and invoicing
Documents built from the data that is already in the system.
CRM and helpdesk
Contacts, requests and history in one place, without copy-paste.
Warehouse, ERP and spreadsheets
The system your team actually uses, not the one on the org chart.
Three questions we ask first
- Which systems are we connecting?
- Which direction does the data flow?
- What happens when something fails?
If someone quotes an integration without asking those, the number will change later. Ask them yourself before you sign.
Off-the-shelf or custom code
Make, Zapier and n8n are enough when the volume is small and the steps are simple. Custom code comes in when the logic, the number of operations or the security requirements are larger. We tell you which one and why, on the call.
In week one you get a one-page diagram of how the integration should work. You correct it.
What “done” means here
- The integration runs on a schedule or on events.
- Every failure lands in one inbox, with a reason.
- Someone on your side knows how to stop it and start it again.
- The documentation says which field maps to which.
Questions we hear before a first call
- Can you fix an integration someone else built?
- Yes. We start by reading it and its logs, then tell you whether fixing it or rewriting it is cheaper.
- Do we need a developer on our side?
- No. One person who can answer questions within a business day is enough.
- What about confidentiality?
- We sign an NDA before you send us any data.
What else we do
Tell us about your process.
Thirty minutes is enough for us to say whether this is a software problem at all, and where to start.
