Team support

Senior developers for your team, or for one piece of work.

You have an app and a team, and you need a new feature, a performance fix, a change of architecture or a second opinion. We join in one of two ways: inside your team for a period, or on a defined scope at a fixed price.

30 minutes on Google Meet, no obligation. You pick the time, and after the call you know what a quote needs.

  • The founders work on the code
  • Fixed price or time and materials
  • The code and repository are yours

When this fits

  • A feature the team can't get to

We take one piece and hand it back finished, without breaking the team's plan.

  • A system that got slow

We look for the cause in the data and the code.

  • A migration or a change of architecture

A plan of steps you can ship one at a time.

  • Mentoring and code review

A junior team gets support on the decisions that are hard to undo.

How we work inside someone else's team

  • Your repository, your process and your tools.
  • European hours: we overlap with the UK and the Netherlands all day.
  • A written update every week.
  • At the end, a handover and documentation.

What we bring

Twenty years each in frontend, backend and software architecture, experience across many products and integrations, and the habit of saying early when something is starting to go over.

What we ask for in return

One person on your side who can answer questions within a business day.

Questions we hear before a first call

Time and materials or fixed price?
Both. Inside a team it is usually time and materials with a monthly cap; on a defined scope it is a fixed price.
Will you take over a codebase from another company?
Yes, starting with a short review: what works, what needs attention and what can be done first.
What is the minimum engagement?
A defined scope can be a week. Inside a team we suggest at least a month, because below that most of the time goes into getting into the project.

Tell us about your process.

Thirty minutes is enough for us to say whether this is a software problem at all, and where to start.
